FINALLY made Chicken and Rice soup last night. No recipe, but did use up a few things sitting 'round the kitchen - like the last of the sun-dried tomatoes, which gave it an almost beef broth base look to it. I added peas, a bunch of onion, and a bit too much ginger (IMO). Himself pronounced it 'delicious' and promptly went back for thirds.

I should be grateful 'my man' likes my cooking, eh?

Next up will be a huge pot of chili, which is not really an experiment, so I'll be happier with the results.
