I can now make holes in my knitting!

YAY! Yesterday I was out with a new friend who taught me how to do the Yarn Over technique, so I can make hole-y knitted lace! We went to a nearby coffee shop, used their free air conditioning, and chatted while sipping our iced coffee drinks and knitting. I felt CRAFTY again!
I came home hyped up on caffeine feeling like I was motivated to DO things again. I have missed that feeling for a long time. But because of going back to the same old environment and the same old circumstances ( a house full of junk) I didn't actually do anything much when I got home. But at least today a small sense of what the motivation and inspiration lingers, so we'll see if I can do something with it.
